Birds of a Feather LGBT Community Location

Birds of a Feather Community is located in Pecos, New Mexico, The Land of Enchantment just 25 miles southeast of Santa Homes at Birds of a Feather LGBT community | pre-designed 1620 sq. ft. casitas Fe, the state capital.

Our LGBT community is nestled in the midst of 140 acres of beautiful pine forest and meadows. Our property is also surrounded by the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and thousands of acres of National Forest Land called the Pecos Wilderness. Meandering through this forest are 1,002 miles of mapped trails providing many opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, biking and fishing. There are 400 miles of streams and several remote high-country lakes.

Pecos is a small, friendly village located just 3 miles from Birds of a Feather. The village has a medical center, ambulance service, several restaurants (including a gay-owned restaurant called Frankie's), convenience stores, gas station, bank, post office and even a Dairy Queen!

Santa Fe, New Mexico, “The City Different” offers a unique blend of Native, Hispanic and Anglo culture and history. It is known for its art galleries, acclaimed museums, performing arts and restaurants. It also boasts an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and open sky.

Albuquerque has an international airport, many hospitals and specialized medical facilities and is only an 90-minute drive from the property.
